About Glendun House

We accommodate 14 male and female residents in private, self-contained apartments. At Glendun there is shared use of communal facilities including a residents’ lounge, laundry room and communal kitchen. Glendun residents support one another and help develop autonomy over their own lives and choices.

What’s life like at Glendun House ?
- In a community-style setting, residents and staff coexist and collaborate while often getting together for group activities. Everyone in the community is welcome to talk freely about how they are feeling, including any challenges they may be having.
- There are confidential safe spaces to do this on a one-to-one basis and in small and large groups, along with a weekly community meeting which is held within the house each week that helps learning.
- Individuals have their own flat within the facility but are required and encouraged to engage socially in communal areas.
- Our service is provided for periods up to 2 years. Length of time at Glendun varies pending individual resident’s needs and progress.
