What do we do?
We provide tailored rehabilitation, and care and support for adults through supported living and peripatetic services in people’s homes.
At Threshold we are passionate and champion inclusivity. As such, we advocate for and empower people to reach their full potential, regardless of their illness or disability. Threshold’s mission is to inspire and enable the people we support to live full and independent lives within their communities.

Mental Health Services
We offer a specialised therapeutic approach to helping people with severe mental illness. For the most part, our services offer periods of rehabilitation in supported living environments based on Therapeutic community principles.
The Therapeutic community model values relationships and encourages residents to play active roles in the running of their service. Through community meetings and group-based work, residents play an active role in their recovery with the support of staff trained in a variety of psychosocial approaches.

Disability Services
Threshold provides specialist support for individuals with disabilities, helping them to live independently and achieve a better quality of life. Our services are designed to support people in developing essential life skills, accessing community resources, and building confidence.
We work closely with each individual to create a personalised support plan, tailored to their unique needs and goals. Through practical support and emotional guidance, we aim to empower individuals to overcome barriers, build independence, and reach their full potential.

Our Vision & Values
We are dedicated to empowering individuals with mental health and disability support needs to live independently through compassionate care.
