The role

Essential Criteria:

  •  GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade A – C or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience working in a People Generalist role or equivalent, to include experience in the following areas: Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, to include support management through investigations for disciplinary, grievance through to Appeal stage and Absence and Performance Management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
  • Demonstrable experience of data analysis and production of  reports.
  • Possess a current and valid driving licence or have access to a form of transport that will permit the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.
