Threshold launches Strategic Plan 2026–2029
Threshold is pleased to launch its new Strategic Plan for 2026–2029, setting out our direction for the next three years as we continue to support people living with mental ill health, learning disability and other complex needs across Northern Ireland.
The plan reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services while responding to the changing needs of the people we support, our staff teams, commissioners, partners and the wider community.
Over the next three years, Threshold will focus on strengthening our services, improving outcomes for the people we support, investing in our staff, and continuing to build strong partnerships across the health, social care, housing, community and voluntary sectors.
