I joined Threshold in 2021 as a Project worker in Clearwater House, since then I had the opportunity to professionally progress and was promoted to Senior Project Worker in 2023. Throughout my time in Threshold I have always felt supported and encouraged by my managers to access any opportunities available to me.
Since joining the organisation I have had the opportunity to gain new qualifications in the form of QCF level 3 and have had access to a wide variety of training that helped further my knowledge which I feel would help set me up for further promotions within the organisation. Threshold as a whole is collaborative with each staff member working towards one goal - enabling individuals to live full and independent lives - I love that I can come to work every day and know I am making a difference however small.
