As a registered charity in Northern Ireland, Threshold is required to prepare and submit annual accounts in line with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 and the guidance of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. These accounts include a trustees’ annual report and independently examined or audited financial statements, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
